Thursday Sept 2 - Surrey & Sussex
We caught the train to Godalming in Surrey where our friends Colin & Barb live. They then drove us to Arundel Castle
where we had a fascinating afternoon wandering around this 900 year old castle, the home of the 18th Duke of Norfolk. The Keep is on the top of a high mound - 131 steps to the top - then 131 to get down again.
